Delivery

Choose to have your order delivered wherever you want. The order will be delivered by Post NL.
You can have the order delivered to your home or work address, or opt for a Co2-friendly delivery by choosing one of the nearest Post NL pick-up locations. If you place the order before 3:00 PM, it will be handed over on the same working day.

Shipping

Post NL will keep you informed of the delivery time. Additionally, you can check or adjust your delivery date, time slot, and location online via the Post NL App (this is possible until 11:59 PM). Are you not home? Then the package will be offered to your neighbors. If your neighbors also cannot accept the package? Then you will receive a message from Post NL or a card in your mailbox that your package can be picked up the next day at the nearest Post NL ServicePoint.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for your order are a minimum of €5.95.
For orders from €100, we send your order free of charge.

Pick-up

Can't wait any longer!? Then you can choose to pick up your order for free at our warehouse. This is possible on weekdays between 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM; you will receive a pick-up notification for this.

Did something go wrong?

If you have not received your order or it was not received correctly, and the carrier claims it was, please contact our customer service. Send us a message via klantenservice@smilefavorites.nl, clearly stating your name & order number.
