Exchanges or returns are easily arranged. Click on "Return" and register your order for return:
Find your order using your order number & postcode.
Select the items & indicate why you are returning them.

Pay for your return label quickly and easily.
The return contribution from €5.95 is at your own expense.

Print your return label & stick it on the package.
Then drop off the package at the nearest parcel point.

Returns or exchanges
If you return the entire online order, we will reimburse the shipping costs for you. If you want to exchange a product, please return the order. Then place a new order with the desired product.

Return conditions
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories, in its original condition and packaging.
Handle your order with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returned.
- The item is undamaged and free from signs of use (trying it on is, of course, always allowed).
- With original packaging.
- You have a 14-day right of return. Register your return within 14 days.
- We must have received your return within a maximum of 28 calendar days of receipt.
Returns are entirely at your own risk. If your return shipment does not meet one of the above return conditions, it will not be accepted and you will receive the item back!

Incorrect or damaged item (received)
We take great care and attention with your order. However, it can happen that something goes wrong. Have you received an item that is incorrect and/or has a complaint? Please contact us within 5 working days via klantenservice@smilefavorites.nl.
In your email, clearly describe the complaint, state your order number, and include photos.

Refund
It takes 5 to 10 working days for the return to be processed. When your order arrives and meets the stated return conditions after inspection, it will be adjusted immediately. Refunds are made via the same chosen payment method. If the final purchase amount of your order is less than €95,- due to the return, we will be forced to charge shipping costs (from €5.95) for the delivery of your order. This will be offset against any refund.
Pay afterwards
If you have chosen to pay afterwards, your digital invoice will be adjusted by us or it will be cancelled.
Returns at our warehouse
Returns at our warehouse are always allowed and are free of charge. You can visit us on weekdays between 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Our employees can only process your return if your order includes the enclosed packing slip. Our warehouse is located in Arnhem at Snelliusweg 40-2.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for a reduction in the value of the product.
