Warranty & complaints

We do everything we can to deliver your order to your home as quickly and carefully as possible. If something goes wrong with the shipment or damage occurs during transport, please contact our customer service immediately.

Have you received an incorrect item, is your item damaged, or are you dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason? Please let us know. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. Wear and tear or damage caused by use is not covered. In addition, there is a legally established cooling-off period of 30 days, calculated from the moment of receipt.

You can report your complaint by e-mail to our customer service. Please include some clear photos so that our staff can help you as best as possible.
