Delivery

Choose to have your order delivered wherever you want. The order will be delivered by Post NL.
You can have the order delivered to your home or work address, or opt for a Co2 friendly delivery, by choosing one of the nearest Post NL collection points. If you place your order before 3:00 PM on working days, it will be handed over the same day.

Delivery

Post NL will keep you informed of the delivery time. Additionally, you can check or change your delivery date, time slot, and location online via the Post NL App (this is possible until 11:59 PM). Are you not at home? Then the package will be offered to your neighbours. Can your neighbours not accept the package either? Then you will receive a message from Post NL or a card in your letterbox stating that your package can be collected the next day at the nearest Post NL ServicePoint.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for your order are a minimum of €5.95.
For orders from €100,- we send your order free of charge.

Collection

Can't wait any longer!? Then you can choose to collect your order free of charge at our warehouse. This is possible on working days between 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM, you will receive a collection notification for this.

If you have not or not correctly received the order and the carrier claims otherwise, please contact our customer service. Send us a message via klantenservice@smilefavorites.nl clearly stating your name & order number.
